Cecil McNab, Esq
Mr. McNab commenced his law practice in 1983 in New York City, after which he practiced in Saudi Arabia before returning to his hometown of Los Angeles. In Saudi Arabia he represented some of the major commercial families in both their business and private matters, including the creation of off-shore companies, trusts and other asset protection or tax minimization vehicles. Additionally, he assisted many investors in obtaining U.S. residency through personal or corporate investments in the U.S.
From his return to Los Angeles in 1987 to present, Mr. McNab’s primary area of practice has been trusts, estate and probate, both administration and litigation matters.
Mr. McNab is admitted to the bars of New York and California. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
Mr. McNab has taught college mathematics and law school classes in corporation and taxation. He participated in the Los Angeles Probate Courts’ appointed counsel program to assist those in probate who do not have a lawyer. Formerly, he served as the legal and economic advisor to the Consulate of Belize in Los Angeles.
Mr. McNab holds a 1980 Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California and a 1983 Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
